Design License Agreement

This Design License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of purchase, by and between Uzma Parveen, hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor.”

THIS IS A SINGLE SEAT LICENSE AUTHORIZING ONE NATURAL PERSON TO LICENSE, DOWNLOAD AND USE THE DESIGNS.

1. License Grant:

Licensor hereby grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the designs available on the website [https://uzma.in] (the “Designs”) for personal use only.

2. Ownership:

The Licensor, Uzma Parveen, retains all ownership and copyright rights to the Designs. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

3. Permitted Uses:

The purchaser is authorized to use the Designs for personal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Home Decor: Incorporating the Designs into decorations for personal spaces.
• Educational: Using the Designs for personal educational projects or materials.
• Recreational: Incorporating the Designs into personal craft or hobby projects.
• Social Media Posts: Sharing images of the Designs on personal social media accounts for non-commercial purposes.

Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or any other form of exploitation of the Designs beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.

4. Fee and Payment:

In consideration for the license granted, the purchaser agrees to pay the specified fee as indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery of Designs:

The Designs will be delivered to the purchaser in digital format upon successful completion of the payment.

6. Non-Exclusive Rights:

This license is non-exclusive, meaning that the Licensor retains the right to grant similar licenses to other parties.

7. Restrictions:

The purchaser may not sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Designs to any third party without the express written consent of the Licensor.

8. Duration:

This license is effective as of the date of purchase and continues indefinitely.

9. Termination:

The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice if the purchaser breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Almora, Uttarakhand, India.

11. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
